The Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department is a care coordinating agency of Bridges to Wellness.
Bridges to Wellness is a program of Access Tuscarawas which links individuals who have medical, social, and educational barriers to resources in Tuscarawas, Carroll, Muskingum, Monroe, Coshocton, Guernsey, Belmont, and Washington counties.

Since 2020, we have helped:
- 270 Mothers
- Deliver 134 healthy babies
- Successfully link our clients to over 1,900 social service agencies
We are local staff helping local families get linked to community resources such as:
- WIC
- Transportation
- Financial Assistance
